These trips are very popular and early booking is recommended.
1. Check availability with us and make a provisional reservation.
You can use our online availability checker, email or call us on 01273 882778 to check availability of our holidays prior to booking. Once we confirm to you over the phone or via email that the holiday you require is available, we will make a provisional reservation at your request.
2. Book your flights.
Flights are not included in the cost of our holidays and we cannot book these for you. Book these only when you have paid your deposit and we have confirmed your holiday to you. We can give you guidance on booking flights or our recommended flight booking agent can assist you. Please read our section on Getting To The Azores or Getting to Iceland for more information.
3. Confirm your booking with us.
When you are ready to book, call or email to tell us. we will confirm availability of the holiday and hold the booking for 24hrs at which time, you will need to pay the deposit (or full balance if you are travelling within 8 weeks). This will confirm your holiday.
4. How to pay your deposit or full balance if due.
You can pay by card, bank transfer or cheque. A non refundable deposit of £250pp can be paid by credit or debit card over the telephone (2% charge for credit cards), bank transfer (ask us for our bank details) or tell us that you will be sending a cheque (payable to The Dolphin and Whale Connection and post to 111 Carden Hill, Brighton BN1 8DA)
