Private Guest House

Pico Island, Azores

This private guest house in Pico is ideally situated for some of the best whale and dolphin watching you could wish for on the island of Pico, and it is a perfect base for the discovery of this unique island in the Azores.

Recently renovated from two traditional houses of volcanic stone with six bed rooms and a delicious breakfast of local produce included. The contemporary design brings a blend of old and new, it has all the luxury and modern interiors you would expect while still providing an authentic feel of bygone years with a traditional style of building. In the past the animals would have lived on the lower floor and provide warmth to the farmer and family living above!!

The surroundings guarantee your peace of mind, with fresh sea air and views out over the Atlantic Ocean. You can see the iconic mount Pico from your window. The location is in convenient proximity to everything you might need during your stay, which should prove memorable. This guest house, where traditional features like basalt walls, wooden floors and wooden ceilings, are combined with abundant natural light, generous open spaces, and exquisite contemporary details, makes for a very comfortable yet unique experience.

Guests are served breakfast in the house dining room and have access to a house kitchen, balconies and terraces, a large dining room and a living room with television and musical instruments.
